MADONNA Crazy For You 1991 UK Shaped Picture Disc PLINTH Original Sleeve INSERT

Rare complete Madonna Crazy For You UK 7" shaped picture disc single issued by Sire Records/Warner Bros Records in 1991 with catalogue number W0008P.  The shaped disc, with a fantastic Jean Baptise Mondino promo photo, is housed in it's original sleeve with insert and disc plinth (unused).  Unplayed with the following tracks;

Crazy For You (Remix)

Keep It Together (Single Remix)

In excellent condition, having been stored in plastic cover and will be posted protected between stiff card to avoid damage in the post.

The word 'therebelheart' only appears on photos and not on actual item!
