This is NOT the withdrawn / recalled edition.
Comes with a double-sided backing card which has the catalogue number: W0138TP. There is no catalogue number on the disc itself, and no text in the run-out grooves. The tracks listed on the B-side actually play in the wrong order

Condition:

Disc is in near mint condition. Never played. Excellent condition.

The picture disc comes with its original double-sided backing card in mint condition, too.

This picture disc is limited to few copies when they leaked to vinyl stores with rare vinyl records. When they realise that the tracks are in the wrong order, they took all the records back in order to replace them with the originals. This is the time to purchase a unique record of godess MADONNA.
