MADONNA GENUINE RARE UK EROTICA 12" PICTURE DISC
THE RAREST ,ULTIMATE AND STUNNING MADONNA ITEM.
This is an amazing record to own ,In our opinion Nothing in collecting Madonna comes close (why have a bootleg when you can own the real thing)
This record has been in our collection since 1992
we have now decided it is time to sell (we are not getting any younger)
we purchased this record from a trusted seller whom we have complete faith in
and had bought a large amount of our collection from him.
This record has been played once (we had to check) it plays perfect
it has been stored in a cool place amongst our other pictures discs and has had cardboard seperating every disc.the record and backing inlay have also been stored seperately to reduce ringwear on the inlay.
This record is one of only 138 that escaped out of a supposedly 50,000 these were destroyed after it was withdrawn,due to warner not wanting to upset the royal family after pictures were released of sarah ferguson sucking someones toe.
this record has all of the relevant points needed to show you the difference between an original and a copy(bootleg)
1) the real "Erotica" picture disc carries a gold backing card, with the official "Madonna/Erotica" logo in the top-left corner. The bootleg disc is missing this backing card.
2) the real "Erotica" picture disc has a white rectangular box containing its catalog # directly below the Maverick logo on the vinyl itself. The bootleg disc is missing this box.
3) the real "Erotica" picture disc has the words "Orlake W0138TP" sketched on the run-out groove of the vinyl itself, on the inner loop. The bootleg disc is missing this writing.
condition of record is: it has a few white pressing marks on the black side and very minor surface scratches where it has been removed from the sleeve, and a small amount of ringwear on the inlay sleeve. ( as shown in the pictures)
We have not seen a Genuine Erotica Picture Disc for sale on here for ages (or anywhere else)
it seems they are getting much harder to find with people not wanting to part with them.
