Very rare limited edition UK Madonna Into The Groove 7" shaped picture disc single - measures approx 10.5" tall.  Released in 1985 on Sire/Warner Records with catalogue number W8934P, it has a classic Herb Ritts Desperately Seeking Susan promo shot of Madonna and Rosanna Arquette, is housed in orginial x2 stickered 'Madonna "Into The Groove"' catalogue numbered/'Photo courtesy of Herb Ritts/Visage' stickerd PVC sleeve and has a copy of the 'Desperately Seeking Susan - Keep the faith. Tuesday 10am Battery Park, Gangway 1. Love Jim' advert from the film on the back.  Contains the following tracks;
