Description

On offer is a super rare Madonna record - this is the USA 10" 1-sided acetate of 'Material Girl'. The disc comes in its original die-cut hand numbered sleeve and with the old style red Sire logo label.

Acetates are the very first pressing of any single - used to test the quality of the recording. They aren't actually vinyl records but lacquer covered slabs of metal - making them extremely fragile and with each play they deteriorate a little. This one has the 3.56 mix of one of, if not THE signature song associated with her - how many times have you heard her called 'The Material Girl'? Exactly.

You don't just want this - you NEED it in your colletion!

Condition : Only played once due to fragility but it played just fine then! Due to recent bad experiences with certain buyers I am now UNDER-grading my items so as not to encounter anyone who wants to argue the difference between VG++ and EX-. Thanks.
