Please note that I am NOT a record collector & as such I do not know anything about how to grade this so please feel free to ask any questions at all & I will do my very best to answer.
I purchased this as BRAND NEW but it is not sealed in cellophane so I am listing as used. 
The vinyls themselves do look to be in unplayed/untouched condition.
The card slip has a crease on the back corner & it smells as if it has been stored somewhere damp. I know that this can be fixed but I don't want to attempt it myself as I have no clue what I'm doing.
This item appears to have sold in recent months on eBay for between £15-£40 so am starting at a nice low price.
