Brand New STILL SEALED copy of Vinyl Me Please Exclusive Release Main Source Breaking Atoms VMP-006.
There is a factory defect on top edge where the seam split and created a less than 2 inch tear.  There is also a slit in the cellophane on the back of the album. See pictures and ask questions if you have any.
