Description
For auction today: Ultra rare, original 1st pressing from 1972, of this single in great condition. Not the 2018 reissue on Midnight Drive label.
No damage to report on label on side 2. It has a rubber stamp on it saying that if you want more promo copies, to request it from them (Midney), meaning, to my way of thinking, that this is a promo copy and among the very first that were pressed.
Label on S1 has a tiny bit was damaged on the Midney logo, as shown. Only a minor fault. Otherwise, clean with no unwanted writing or damage.
I inspected disc under direct lamplight for a few minutes, I could not see any marks or scuffs on S1 so I will grade it as M-.
Side 2 is also very nice but has a VERY light "mark" at the beginning. It's very straight and doesn't look like it's actually a mark done by someone's clumsy hand and I don;t know what to describe it as. Maybe it;s a mark from the pressing. That would be more accurate, IMO. Anyway, it is hard to see, unless under strong direct lamplight and not affect play. Grade S2 as EX(+)
Fantastic music. Don't challenge me is a total KILLER track and you won't find a better copy.
