MAL WALDRON:   PRESTIGE NEW JAZZ Records NJLP-8269 MONO (Mfd in New Jersey in the early 60's)  THE QUEST   -  MONO  -  Original Vinyl Album -  This is an early pressing.  The Run Off Groove. has hand etched on it:  NJLP-8269-A    with VAN GELDER machine stamped in very small letters (and something that looks like a sideways A and Z).  The B Side has hand etched on it:  NJLP-8269-B;  there is a machine stamped VAN GELDER in small letters.   The Cover is in Very Good+ condition, with a Top Corner ding.  There is a 3/4" scraping at the very top edge at the Top Right Corner.  There are some marks next to the song titles on the back, but I think it's food that might be cleaned off without too much trouble.  The Labels are clean on Both Sides with some light spindle wear.  The Vinyl Record has its original gloss and looks clean and Almost New.  STATUS SEEKING has some light static at the beginning, then it goes on to play VG++ and Better.  DUQUILITY plays VG-/VG and Better.  THIRTEEN plays VG++.  WE DIDDIT plays VG+ and Better.  WARM CANTO plays VG/VG+.  WARP AND WOOF plays VG/VG+.  FIRE WALTZ plays VG/VG+.   I'm trying to accurately grade  these Tracks and not overgrade anything;  I hope that the Sound Clips will speak for themselves.  I've posted some audio clips from both Sides of this LP, starting with SIDE A.  Just click on the BIG MICROPHONE Icon and listen for yourself.   CRANK IT UP!  I can ship this anywhere in the USA via Media Rate for 4.00. I can ship this to most Overseas Countries via First Class Mail for around $22.00; shipping to Canada will cost $15.00. I can only get to the Post Office once or twice a week, so please be patient. If bidding on this reaches $50, and it ships to a non-US buyer, Registered Mail will be required in addition to First Class Postage, but I'll pay $5.50 of the $13.95 Registered Mail fee. If it sells for over $120. to a non-US Bidder, it will have to ship Air Priority, which will run around $52;  I'll have to Insure it for the Full Amount at my expense, and declare Full Value on the Customs Form. If it sells for over $500, it will have to ship EXPRESS MAIL, which will cost around $90.00. Since I will have to insure it, I will have to declare full sales value; if paying with some way other than Paypal, I can ship it any way you want. Paypal rules make it very difficult and expensive to ship anything out of the country now, since they require on-line Tracking Numbers.
