On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Manfred Mann Chapter Three called "Volume 2" and is an INCREDIBLY rare 1970 UK Vertigo 1st pressing!!!! THIS LP IS INCREDIBLY HARD TO FIND!!!! THIS IS ONE OF THE HARDER LPS ON THE SOUGHT AFTER 'SPIRAL' VERTIGO LABEL!!!! 1ST PRESSINGS OF THIS LP RARELY EVER TURN UP - AND EVEN WHEN THEY DO THEY ARE OFTEN IN A TERRIBLE STATE. BUT NOT THIS ONE!!!! THIS 1ST PRESSING IS IN BRILLIANT CONDITION AND EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND LIKE THIS!!!! THIS IS THE 1970 UK 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS LARGE 'SPIRAL' VERTIGO LABEL, 1ST PRESS 'SPIRAL' INNER SLEEVE, AND 1ST PRESS GATEFOLD 'DOLL' COVER!!!! THIS LP IS EXTREMELY RARE - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is an ORIGINAL UK 1970 VERTIGO Stereo 1st Pressing, and is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! The Cat. No is 6360 012 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Large 'Spiral' VERTIGO label (see picture) and is a Stereo 1st pressing!!!! All the tracks are Pure quality Manfred Mann Chapter Three at their best!!!! Any fan of Manfred Mann Chapter Three, or 60s/70s music in general, will want to have this in their collection - especially in this condition!!!!
The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing and barely ANY spindle marks AT ALL!!!! THIS RECORD HAS CLEARLY BARELY BEEN PLAYED AT ALL!!!! The vinyl is in STUNNING condition!!!! Most of these LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, NO hairlines, 2 or 3 MEGA light NON sounding wispy scufflines (only visible under light), and only a few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is also great to find that the playing of the record is as STUNNING as the visual!!!! It plays with NO pops, NO jumps, NO sticks, NO hiss and NO crackle!!!! The record has NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!! The record must grade Excellent (Minus) if not better!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 'Spiral' inner sleeve which is in STUNNING condition!!!! The 1st Press Gatefold 'Doll' Cover is in BRILLIANT condition and VERY hard to find like this!!!! It has barely ANY edge wear, barely ANY spinal wear (Side words are all perfectly readbable), NO ringwear, NO rubbing, only VERY slight corner wear, only a VERY few light creases (cover is VERY flat looking), and NO writing!!!! The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated inside is in STUNNING condition with NO grubbyness, NO yellowing, and NO writing!!!! The only minor defect to the cover is also a small mark on the front of the cover. However it is on the darker coloured dolls hair in the centre of the front cover - and at some point in the past it has been quite well 'touched in' and as a result it really doesnt show too much (see pictures)!!!! The cover is VERY hard to find in this condition (most are heavily worn) and must grade Very Good++ if not better!!!! THIS LP IS EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
