I am the original owner, got this direct from a buddy in the UK who got it from Death Waltz when it came out.  
Vinyl is Unplayed!  Only opened to check vinyl color.
Jacket and Record have been stored on a shelf since receiving.  
Jacket is in Original Shrink and is Near Mint.
