You are bidding on a RARE ORIGINAL GREEK LP by MANOS HADJIDAKIS (w/ George Romanos) called "Mythology". This is a rare LP on silver/blue Columbia label and it is George Romanos' first recording appearance!! Hadjidakis is one of the greatest Greek composers. An irreconcilable pioneer, an enemy of pomposity and solidified views, a lover of “youth”, non-conformist to the core, and armed with Greek and world culture, he was able to combine classical with folk music, thus creating a “new” sound, a “new” type of song, with roots both in the East and the West. This is one of his best albums. A must!

The record and cover are in good condition. The front cover looks nice as you can see in the picture but in the back cover there is a big yellow mark in the bottom right corner (propably got wet sometime)-- and in the vinyl area, are a lot of thin hairlines, nothing deep and serious. I listened to this record just yesterday to have a clearer opinion and there were NO jumps, NO pops, NO sticks, but there was some noise from the scratces in the background. Actually this is a record which is offered here just for the item itself and starts in a LOW price for its rarity!!!!!
