It is on the FRATERNITY label #3401...............................................................LABELS ARE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION WITH MINIMAL WEAR. OVERALL, A STRONG VG+ TO NEAR MINT CONDITION......................RECORD HAS A NICE SHINE. IT DOES HAVE SOME LIGHT SCRATCHES HERE AND THERE BUT I HAVE PLAYED EXCERPTS AND IT SEEMS TO PLAY FINE WITH NO MAJOR PROBLEMS. IT MAY HAVE SOME LIGHT SURFACE NOISE OR CRACKLING IN SPOTS BUT A GOOD CLEANING MAY EVEN ELIMINATE MOST OF THAT. OVERALL, PLAYS VERY GOOD AS IT IS BUT WILL PROBABLY PLAY MORE LIKE VG+ ONCE CLEANED (MAYBE BETTER). COMES IN A PAPER SLEEVE BUT NOT THE ORIGINAL PAPER SLEEVE FOR THE RECORD..........................................
