Catchy New Wave / Power Pop from ORK that only issued around 14 releases including early Television.

Recorded August 19th, 1975 on a 4-track tape machine.
New York City power pop quartet the Marbles formed in 1974. Singer/guitarist Howard Bowler co-founded the group with his brother, drummer David Bowler, and the David's former Columbia University classmate Jim Clifford on bass. Keyboardist Eric Li completed the lineup. By 1975, the Marbles were regular headliners at the legendary Bowery venue CBGB's, where they shared bills with the Ramones, Blondie and Talking Heads. In addition to their identical pudding-bowl haircuts and conservative dress, the quartet also stood in stark contrast to the prevailing NYC culture thanks to a harmony-rich pop sensibility.
Seminal punk D.I.Y. label Ork Records was co-founded by Terry Ork (manager of Television, born William Terry Ork) and Charles Ball. Ork Records released Television’s debut single “Little Johnny Jewel” followed by records from Richard Hell, Marbles, Alex Chilton and Mick Farren, among others.

GRADING
NM (Near Mint): A flawless copy. Looks great and is most likely unplayed. Like new.  NM-:  Probably played carefully once or twice. Near flawless copy. 
VG++: Record may have a few light paper sleeve marks or scuffs that should not affect play. Visually will have some light marks but will play close to NM. A slight noise at the
beginning / runout is allowable. Record has probably been played a few times but is still a very nice copy.
VG+: Record will show more noticeable marks and paper scuffs than VG++ and may have some very light surface noise and/or minor pops in part due to time and wear but still a nice copy and has been well taken care of.
VG: Record will have more noticeable surface noise in parts and more discernible light scuffs and/or scratches, and pops. Still plays well with no skipping.
VG-: Vinyl will have some very considerable pops and noise.
