Here is a excellent very rare original uk stereo first pressing of the brilliant second Acid-Psych-Folk album by the cult singer songwriter 'Marc Brierley'. This album sold pretty poorly and is now so hard to find that it virtually never surfaces for sale. The thick stereo vinyl is visually in EX+ very clean playing condition and has obviously been very well looked after. The 'E.J.Day' inside centre-loading matt gatefold sleeve is excellent apart from a very small hard to spot sticker removal trace on the back cover, there is also some general light wear but this cover still looks in really excellent condition.
Both of Marc Brierley's very rare uk CBS albums are choc full of beautiful timeless acid-folk-psych tunes, if you like Nick Drake, Roy Harper and early Al Stewart and other similar artists then you will love this rare gem of an album by 'Marc Brierley'.

1ST PRESS STEREO VINYL = EX+
The thick first press stereo vinyl is visually in EX++/NM very clean condition and looks very near perfect, both sides still have their original deep glossy sheen, there are no bad surface marks, scuffs or scratches at all, there are just a few ultra-light sleeve withdrawal traces and just one or two very fine hard to spot top surface hairlines that are mainly only visible in stronger light. I listened to the album right through before listing it and both sides play excellently with a nice clean and clear sound quality throughout, there are just a few tracks that play with some small amounts of background crackle. There really are no nasty marks or scratches so there are no passages with repeated loud clicks or pops, whatever crackle you hear may disappear with a professional wet/dry vacuum clean. This is a very nice clean copy that will not disappoint.
STEREO CBS LABELS = NM
The labels are in very near perfect condition, both have just a couple of short light spindle traces but are otherwise flawless, this is a very good indication on how little play this album has had.
E.J.DAY MATT GATEFOLD SLEEVE = EX
The inside centre loading matt gatefold cover was made and printed in the uk by 'E.J.Day'. The front is superb apart from a very small area of very light storage wear near the top edge at the centre. The back is also in great condition apart from a few very small sticker removal traces at the bottom near the right corner of the cover. The inside gatefold is excellent and clean with no problems at all. The edges and spine have some small areas of wear but there are no splits and all spine text is bold and clear and easy to read. The original white paper inner sleeve is in very good condition but with a very small seem split at the centre of the bottom edge, the album has been inside a more vinyl friendly white poly-lined inner sleeve for many years, both inners will be sent with the album.
