Description

RARE Madamoiselle Marie Hall who not only played like an angel but looked like an angel. She was at the height of her career during the lead up to World War I. This rare single sided record of her playing the Mendelssohn Violin Concerto (arranged) in E minor  was pressed in England by the Gramophone and Typewriter Co as Gramophone Monarch Record Cat. No. 07903. The record is in very good condition and would be rated on a 78ranking from A++ to C-- as A+. The recording is. of course, acoustic and several years before the electrical recordings of 1925-6 etc. A collectors item.
