Mark Van Holmes Feels Like Yesterday 5-song EP on Jailbird (no catalog number from 1987. I have gotta say, this is one AMAZING, yet nearly completely unknown musical treasure from the late-1980's. As you'll hear in the attached nearly 9-minute clip I created of the 5-song songs on this EP, that every song is a solid piece of late-80's AOR/Pop and could have easily found it's place on Top 40 radio! I'm not gonna taint your musical enjoyment of these songs, but I'm sure you'll hear the many different musical influences for the mid to late 80's found in these grooves, but if you're a fan of 80's radio hits like I am, I'm sure you'll totally dig playing this EP. Just imagine the fun you can have playing and sharing this EP for your music fan friends, plus you can totally try to put one over them by having them try to guess what band or singer this "long lost" or "previously unreleased" track was by, and then one-upping them with who the artist really is. Sounds like fun to me!

By the way, in the sound sample attached below, I've edited together 2 clips of each song, the first half being from the intro through the first chorus and then the break/guitar solo tacked on, this way you can get a sense of the pure performing brilliance and recording mastery that is found in these grooves!!! As you'll see in the photo of the back cover below, it states "In Memory of Terry Kath", who was the singer/guitarist of the band, Chicago, who died in 1978; plus, I noticed at the bottom of the title spine is "8-21-88". This "date" on the spine must have some type of significance to the artist himself, as the copyright notices are for 1987, and it seems kind of hard to believe it to be the release date, because it's so far into the following year, but that's a guess on my part. The vinyl is in very good plus condition with a few whispy sleeve marks. The cover is in the original, but opened shrink wrap, and is in very good plus condition, with NO tears, seam splitting or writing, but does have light storage wear, lightly dinged/worn/rounded corners, a tiny ding to the opening located 1.5" from the top corner, and a slight thin amount of white showing through at the edge of the front cover slick located 1" from the top corner. This EP also includes an approximately 11.5" x 11.5" double sided lyric and credit insert. The insert is in very good condition with NO tears or writing, but there are handling marks/bends and a record impression.
