Description

Hello and welcome. Beginning in the 1960s, I made it my goal to collect every 5-star record still available, and I continued my search for 40 years. While not all the records I list for sale reached that lofty goal, they do represent an undying search for the unique and wonderful in the world of sound. I'm happy to be able to offer them to you now. Here is what you're bidding on:
TITLE & ARTIST: "Marshall Crenshaw" - by Marshall Crenshaw on the Japanese Warner-Pioneer Records label (P-11237), in beautiful original stereo sound, issued in 1982.
CONDITION: JACKET - Mint(Jacket has no wear or marks of any kind - please see actual album in photos); VINYL - Mint(Vinyl is bright and shiny with no marks of any kind - visually graded under special daylight balanced spotlight).
SPECIAL FEATURES: Extremely rare and beautiful pressing of this great Marshall Crenshaw self-titled debut album; this is the Japanese pressing of the record, in purest virgin vinyl; it has been played one time, when I recorded it shortly after I bought it in 1982; I cannot imagine a better-sounding example of this great record; if you enjoy music that comes from the very heart of the early '80s power pop era, then please don't miss this one.
TRACKS: There She Goes Again, Someday Someway, Girls..., I'll Do Anything, Rockin' Around in NYC, The Usual Thing, She Can't Dance, Cynical Girl, Mary Anne, Soldier of Love, Not for Me, Brand New Lover. Thanks! If you have further questions about condition or content, please don't hesitate to ask. You may bid with unworried confidence. Our sales history is your assurance of absolute integrity. Thank you and good luck.
OUR GRADING SYSTEM: We grade visually, and we are happy to listen to any LP and give you an aural grade as well. SS (Still Sealed as from the factory); NM (Near Mint - our highest grade; the vinyl has only a very few light marks that do not affect play); VG++ (Very Good Plus Plus - a few more light marks than Near Mint; still a great record that plays near perfectly); VG+ (Very Good Plus - an enjoyable, played and loved, obviously used but still listenable record, usually with some light pops, but free of major audible distraction; jacket may be lightly worn, slightly dinged, even very lightly split, but NEVER trashed); VG (Very Good) and below - we usually do NOT sell these, but if we have some good reason to offer such a record, we will explain completely).
