In my opinion this is one of the best ever UK progressive rock albums. The band released just two superb complex heavy prog rock albums, one in 1970 and the other 'Arena' in 1971, they both sold very poorly and are now very rare and sought after by fans of progressive rock and psych rock music.

This 1970 debut album has just 5 superb long prog tracks, the tracks contain loads of searing and blistering lead guitar breaks, some excellent doomy organ passages and some really great sounding flute, the lyrics and vocals are also simply brilliant and sound like nothing else of the time. This is just an amazing listening experience for the prog rock fan. The thick vinyl plays and sounds superb with just the very smallest amounts of light background crackle and just the odd static tic. The thin fragile fully textured cover has some wear but just try and find a copy that does not. This is a top uk prog rarity in very nice condition.

THICK FIRST PRESS VINYL = VG++ To EX

The thick early press vinyl is in very near excellent condition. Both sides still have a nice original sheen with just a few light wispy top surface marks/scuffs and some hairlines, these do very little at all to affect play as both sides play and sound excellent with just very small amounts of occasional light background crackle and just the odd sporadic tic. The sound quality is excellent and the music always sound superb. This is a excellent playing copy that will not disappoint.

LABELS = EX+

Both labels are in excellent+ very clean condition.

FULLY TEXTURED SLEEVE = VG+

The thin fragile fully textured single card sleeve was made and printed in the uk by MacNeill Press Ltd of London and it grades as very good+ condition. This in one of those thin textured card covers that is very near impossible to find today in perfect condition. This one has consistent top and bottom edge wear but there are no splits. The spine also has areas of wear but most of the text can still be read. The back cover is in great condition with just minimal signs of age, marking and wear, the front would be in the same condition if not for a very small amount of faded biro which somebody has tried to erase. This cover still looks in very nice condition, considering it's age and how thin and fragile it is this is actually a great example, it is still in one piece and has no splits or sticker rips which many seem to suffer from. The poly-lined inner sleeve is in excellent clean condition.

I pack my records very well, the album will be removed from the outer cover to avoid seem/edge splits in transit, plenty of rigid cardboard support will be used to avoid corners bending, this album will reach you in the same condition as advertised.
