For sale here is a VERY rare LP. released in 1968 (especially in this condition) by MARTHA REEVES AND THE VANDELLAS called " RIDIN' HIGH" and is an ORIGINAL 1968 UK STEREO 1st Pressing on the 1st Press TAMLA MOTOWN label. THIS LP IS MEGA RARE AND VERY DIFFICULT TO LOCATE. THIS IS EASILY ONE OF MARTHA REEVES AND THE VANDELLAS RAREST LP'S EVER, AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE (not in this condition!!)... TRY AND GET HOLD OF ANOTHER ONE!..NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN SUPERB!! CONDITION...(have a look at my photo's) THIS IS THE ORIGINAL UK 1968 STEREO 1st PRESSING ON THE 1st PRESS TAMLA MOTOWN LABEL. 1st PRESS STML 11078 A-1 STML 11078 B-1 MATRIXES, AND 1st PRESS FRONT LAMINATED GARROD & LOFTHOUSE SLEEVE ...THIS LP IS MEGA RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND - SO DON'T MISS OUT ON THIS ULTRA RARE RECORD...this is the ORIGINAL TAMLA MOTOWN UK 1st pressing from 1968 and is in SUPERB!! condition!..The record is pressed on a slab of THICK black quality vinyl. The Cat no. is STML 11078 on the 1st press TAMLA MOTOWN label...(have a look at my photo's) and is a UK STEREO 1st Pressing..
Labels are the sensational black / silver tamla motown format in excellent condition!!.With the tamla motown logo above the spindle hole on both labels to confirm that this is the very first issue of this magnificent rarity. Has only 3 or 4 very minor spindle lines, to indicate that the record has possibly only had 3 or 4 very careful plays!! With NO damage of any kind.NO graffiti , NO rips, NO tears, and NO sticker marks whatsoever!!! and would therefore grade asexcellent condition!!
Vinyl
Thickly pressed heavy weight vinyl pressing with jet black mirrior like surfaces That have that just pressed look!!. A magnificent vintage classic . Against a strong halogen light and angled at 45 degrees, There are NO surface marks,NO scratches or blemishes at all!! Only a few very tiny faint wispy lines are visible whatsoever!!.A stunning visual and impossible to locate in this condition!!!.Would therefore grade as excellent++ condition!!
Sleeve
First issue front laminated Garrod and Lofthouse sleeve is Showing only very minor signs of storage wear at the edges and corners, with only a few very mild laminate creases towards the edges (see pictures) The sleeve has NO rips, NO tears, NO graffitti or stickers whatsoever!!!.The sleeve is in very good++ condition!!! and a Fantastic collectors item. The Spine is perfectly straight and is clearly legible. This is a fine example of this sensational motown classic.
