Another super rare record, pressed on the small Sound News Productions label, which, for the quantities produced, are considered a private press type label, or micro-label.  This private pressing is housed in a lovely laminated fronted sleeve, and is complete with the double sided lyric insert.

The record has a heavy christian theme, but so have many of these kinds of rarities, under-valued at the time of being made... and now as rare as hens teeth.  Male vocals on most tracks with Priscilla offering backing on most, one of the stand out tracks for femvox fans will be "Happiness Is..."

Another great thing about this LP, is not just the competant instrumentation, but also that all tracks are self-penned.   So with some femvox, some mandolin, some flute and violins (ignoring the occassional tambourine)... this is a stand out record!

Some of you collectors out there, may have heard this group before, there is one LP, in 1974 a kind of compilation LP called "Raise With The Son", that predominantly featured Marturoumen with a couple of tracks by Sparks Of Faith... also on the Sound News label... this has been given some rave reviews on collector sites... even though only a handful have surfaced over all these years... the group probably producing less copies of their follow-up album to avoid over buying!  Also, it is interesting to see that an LP may have also been produced by Priscilla McGoldrick duetting with someone called Mark... this was a Swiss only LP "Mark & Priscilla" - "He Needs You" ... again virtually impossible to find!

I hope this has wetted the taste buds a little... to complete my mission... how about hearing it? ... ...

I have uploaded three tracks from this LP to YouTube... but these are from a previous copy I sold earlier this year... therefore the sound is NOT from the actual record and the images are NOT from the actual record.... , this record has a little more background noise in areas, and sleeve does not have any writing on the cover.  The copy shown sold on eBay on auction earlier this year for over £100

CONDITION (IN DETAIL) The sleeve is in great condition condition.
The insert is superb, the disc is has some light marks and handling, the labels are lovely.       SALES SUMMARY / TERMS AND CONDITIONS We always ship records securely, packing the freshly cleaned disc outside of the picture sleeve to prevent seam splits, the sleeve will be packaged against new made to measure card and along with the disc it will be housed inside a new plastic sleeve.  This will then be packaged with more new card stiffening in a new made for purpose record mailer.  This is then securely taped as marked fragile.

Insured and recorded delivery is used on parcels over a certain values, this is done at our cost for our UK customers, and is already costed in for our overseas buyers.
