Description

Very nice copy of the 1968 Marvin Gaye masterpiece, In the Groove, on Tamla deep groove stereo LP S-285. Features the classic, I Heard it Through the Grape Vine, plus a whole selection of lesser known but even better classics. This was really his first true masterpiece record, and many people agree it is his best ever. This copy of just lovely, and plays near perfectly. There are some scuffs and hairlines visible under bright light but I had it ultrasonically cleaned and it plays just about perfectly. I don’t even hear any crackle between songs, except maybe just a tiny tiny bit once or twice. Really it plays just stunningly. The cover is nearly pristine, with only light signs of gentle use. A wonderful original copy.
