Mary Hopkin - 'Let My Name Be Sorrow / Kew Gardens'. APPLE 34

Mary Hopkin 1971 UK 1st Apple DEMO pressing of the 'Let My Name Be Sorrow / Kew Gardens' 7" single. Released on the 18th June 1971, and offered here in STUNNING MINT- condition complete with the rare picture sleeve.

These initial pre-release demo pressings would have usually been given out to reviewers or radio stations. Released on the Apple label both sides state DEMO NOT FOR SALE and the release date of 18.6.71. The vinyl is housed within the rare and original Apple Records picture sleeve which is also in wonderful condition. A hard to find Apple single in demo format and STUNNING MINT- condition.

The Matrix numbers are:

Side 1. APPLE 34 A-1U 1 G KT PECKO

Side 2. APPLE 34 B-1U 1 G KT

The vinyl is in MINT- condition. STUNNING

Both labels are in MINT- condition. PERFECT.

The sleeve is in EXCELLENT/EXCELLENT+ condition. Small sticker in front, top corner - '46' (which I assume is a chart position).
