ARTIST: The MASTERS APPRENTICES
TRACKS: "UNDECIDED" / "WARS OR HANDS OF TIME"
FORMAT: …vinyl 7" single… LABEL: Astor (manufactured and distributed by Astor Records) CATALOGUE #: AP-7071 DATE OF RELEASE: 1967 PRESSED IN: AUSTRALIA ORIGINAL FIRST PRESSING? : Yes, it is...This is part of a collection of an ex-Aussie radio big-wig (nice guy) who was given TWO copies of every release (LP, 7”, 12”), by every Australian major label between 1956 and 1991, and he stashed one away, never to be played, protected individually in non-vinyl-affecting plastic covers. That was his ideal, and his method - this 45 however, appears to have been played, even though there are NO spindle marks to otherwise suggest so - but it has a couple of very light scuffs. Regardless of them, it plays as new...as mint.
It is indeed, an original 1967 Aussie FIRST pressing…and there would be very few (if any) original copies to have survived the past 51+ years, in better condition.
