ITEM:     " Out Of Sight " LP by Maxine Brown.  First Pressing; Matrix Stampers 1B, 1B, on Epic Records, catalog number BN-26395  STEREO

COMMENTS / CONDITION:   This LP came from a private collection, and is not an ex-library item, or a beat-up LP bought at a yard sale. The record was visually graded, and was spot checked  test played. Please see the attached pictures for the Track Listings.

Grading is according to Goldmine Standards. If you are not familiar with that system, please go to the Goldmine web site and read the grading details BEFORE YOU BID. 

This sought after LP would make a good Filler Copy for a collection, while waiting for a better copy to come along at a reasonable price.

Vinyl is in VG Condition, retaining much of the original gloss. Both sides have numerous scuffs and light surface marks, which are mostly cosmetic, but do produce occasional areas of surface noise. There are no chips, cracks, or excessive groove wear. I did not test play the entire LP. On my older system, all short segments that were spot checked played with no skips or  groove lock. There were areas of  audible tics/background noise, which did not overpower the music.   

NOTE: Sound quality will vary from system to system. The above comments are included strictly as reference, and are not a statement as to the experience you may have with your equipment.

Labels are in good condition with no peeling edges, rips, or writing. There are light spindle tracks present. Center holes remain perfectly round with no signs of abusive playing.

The cover is in VG condition, with crease lines to the bottom right corner, a partial split to the bottom seam, and shelf wear/chipping to the other two seams. Rub wear and some age spotting are present, and there light moisture stains along the edges. Cover colors are crisp with no fading. This is not a cut-out; there are NO punch holes, notches, or clipped corners.

Inner sleeve is plain white paper.

I have not tried to clean the vinyl (other than gently wiping with a damp cotton cloth to remove any loose dust particles before testing), or the labels. Serious collectors usually have their own preferred methods they use to care for their records.

To compensate for the flaws with the vinyl and cover, I have listed this hard to find LP  at a low starting bid, with NO RESERVE.
