VERY RARE AND HIGHLY SOUGHT AFTER PSYCH ROCK DEBUT ALBUM FROM MAY BLITZ.

RELEASED ON VERTIGO UK. STEREO FIRST PRESSING 6360 007.

RELEASED IN 1970.

INNER VERTIGO SWIRL SLEEVE VERY GOOD+.

I have owned this record since 1978 when I got it off a pal( Ray Jenkins), who wrote his name on the inside of the record pocket, out of sight and NOT on the cover!!.

The vinyl surface is very good. There are a number of visible light surface scratches/marks/scuffs/ clearly visible when viewed under bright light. There are no noticable deep scratches. This record has been played through fully on both sides. The Record plays through very well. There is light background noise detected, this is mainly noticable to the lead ins where needle dropped and is also noticable on the quieter tracks and the quieter sections, (although there not many on this record), as is quite common on records that have been played. Overall the play quality is very good.

The Labels are excellent. classic Vertigo black and white swirl pattern side A and Large Swirl Logo to side B. Very first pressing of only a handful of surviving copies. Both Labels show minmum signs of spindle marking and there is no wear to the centre hole, no surface wear marking to the labels. There is no writing, and there are no stickers on the labels. No marks.

The Sleeve is in excellent condition, Gatefold matt sleeve. There is only very light surface wear to the edges and corners. There is nasty creasing to cover, No writing, the spine has minimum of any surface wear and all of the text is intact. Inside of gatefold is excellent, very light traces of clear tape glue residue along bottom edge seam, hardly noticable, Some very light aging marks on sleeve with it being a matt surface, Overall an excellent example of a record 41+ years old,

Has original Harvest swirl inner sleeve in very good condition. Shows light aging with glue staining, small (2") split along top of one edge seam, some very light creasing. The Record will be sent in a palin white inner to save the original from further damage.

Record comes with the original Vertigo Swirl inner bag, I have played record through again and, as stated in the original description, there is noticable background noise in form of light crackle and occaissional clicks from a light surface scratch on side A. The record is NOT mint but is an honest example of a rare Vertgo classic. Sleeve is excellent.
