Description

For sale is this 1970 first pressing of the self titled MAY BLITZ on the VERTIGO label 6360 007. Matrix no's 1Y//1, 2Y//1. This copy is the rare spelling mistake version, with SQEET   on the label and SQUEET on the sleeve.
The vinyl is bright and plays very well with no skips. There are several visible needle scratches and scuffs, which I have tried to show. On the quiet section on the last track of side 1 there is a click for about 15 secs. On side B there is a faint click on the end of track 2 to the start of track 3 and a click on the runout. To be honest, the music is so intense that it would be hard to hear anything! The labels are both very good and fretting to the central holes is minimal.
The sleeve is very good with no tears, other than the 5mm slight tear shown at the top inside near the fold. Some slight loss and bumps to the corners and edges, and some light soiling.
The inner sleeve is intact with  no rips, some soiling, and creasing. The cellophane inner is intact with yellowing of the adhesive.
All in all, a very nice collectors copy, not mint, but good for it's 54 years age. Without the couple of clicks it would be excellent, but the start price reflects this, so grab a bargain rarity.
It will be packed securely and sent tracked and signed for. Any questions I will answer honestly.
No international buyers, and no returns, to protect myself from record switchers.
