ULTRA RARE Milan Bogdan mastered Specialty PROMOTIONAL first pressing of this explosive proto-punk monster from 1969 on Atlantic in the original sleeve with NO Stereo text under PLUG SIDE to the left of the center hole and the even more explosive Looking At You on the B-side!!! Vinyl is VG+/VG++ with a few barely visible paper scuffs. Labels are spectacular. Don't sleep punk collectors. Near impossible to find in this condition. You will not be disappointed. The MC5's militant brand of anarcho-punk set the world on fire in the late 1960s and couldn't help but burn out quickly but it smoldered underground until the mid-late 1970s when it ignited the punk movement. After all the hyperbolic ink that's been spilled about the band they remain one of my top five favorite groups of all time with the two tracks on this 45 shining examples as to why. You NEED this 45. These guys were absolutely the real deal, not just preaching the punk ethos, but LIVING it. Long live the MC5. R.I.P. John Sinclair and Wayne Kramer. You will be missed.
