This record is in near mint condition. It has no obvious spindle marks visible on the labels but there are no pen marks, stains, scuffs or fading. Overall the labels are clean, bright and in very nice condition. 

As for the vinyl itself, both sides are very clean with a lovely lustre and little showing in normal light. There is a very thin and minor line in track 1 on side 2 and the odd most minor sign of use but nothing at all serious or major. Overall it is in really good shape with no heavy marks or serious signs of use and a lovely vivid lustre.

I play tested the record and it played great. It lays flat on the deck and there is little to no movement in the record arm upon playing. The sound produced is excellent with no distortion(caused by excessive use), and of course no skips, sticks or annoying clicks. The vast majority of the audio was very clear with little to no surface noise or interference. The opening intro and quiet parts are all nice and clear with no serious surface noise or interference. Overall it plays very well and was a very enjoyable listen throughout. 

The sleeve is in very good+ condition. It has no tears, scuffs, pen marks but does have some wear on the edges and corners. The spine is still legible but there is wear and rubbing in places as I say. Other than the edge wear the sleeve also has a ring mark or fading to the front(see pics). There is also a small amount of fading to the rear. The rear also has some discolouring or grubby marks to it. The sleeve has no major levels of creasing but there is a few minor ones. Overall a solid sleeve but one that has signs of age with the edge wear and ring marks as mentioned. Please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible on its condition.

Its includes its original plain white inner which is in excellent condition with no splits, tears or pen marks. 

It also includes its original lyrics insert. This is in very good+ condition with no tears or major issues but with slight creasing and some age spots/grubbiness in places. 

It will then be packaged in between cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to try to ensure a swift delivery.
