I just listened to this LP through headphones from beginning to end. It sounds really good -- sounds VG+, actually. I didn't grade it that because the vinyl has scuffs, there's a small scratch on "Two Out Of Three Ain't Bad" that causes faint pops for four or five rotations (they pretty much get lost in the music), and there are faint pops and slight surface noise here and there. But it's a highly listenable record with Meat Loaf's (and sterling musician's) classic recordings. It's the same story with the sleeve. It's got the remnant of a tag at upper right and corner and shelf wear (see photos), but it's not bad. The inner sleeve with lyrics has clear tape over two center-splits.
