Description
Up for auction is a rare signed copy of the Meat Puppets album "Out My Way" originally released on SST Records (SST 049) in 1986. This is a guaranteed, original first U.S. pressing, not a cheap reissue or import like most for sale on eBay. No UPC/bar code. One of Kurt Cobain's favorite bands!
This copy was signed personally for me by all three members of the band after a performance over 20 years ago. Guaranteed authentic. You can compare the signatures to other known examples and easily see that these signatures are, indeed, the real deal. Most signed albums that you will find are recents reissues. Here's your opportunity to get a rare signed original pressing.

Cover is in very nice condition, still retains its original glossy shine--only a tiny hint of rub on the cover. Corners look nice, not bumped though they show a tiny bit of rubbing. Seams are strong, no splits. Back is nice and shiny, no wear. Small name written in upper right corner, but it's very light and hard to see (see photo), not distracting at all. All three signatures of the band members in black felt tip indelible marker. Grade the cover Near Mint Minus (NM-).
Vinyl record looks very nice--retains its original glossy shine. A couple very light, small marks that cannot be felt, nor do they affect the quality of the playback. Some signs of having been taken in and out of the paper inner sleeve a few times. Clean labels, no marks around spindle holes. Probably played only a couple times. Very well-preserved. Grade the vinyl Excellent Plus (EX+).
