1. PAYMENT OPTIONS

2. SHIPPING

Goods are shipped in appropriate strong packaging and computer tracked with barcodes so they may be followed up at any time by contacting us. Once goods are delivered and signed for they become your responsibility. In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in transit, a replacement order will be issued. All orders are automatically insured for the full replacement cost. Our orders are shipped and handled by third party couriers, therefore all delivery dates and times given are only estimates. On rare occasions the delivery may be delayed, and as such we CANNOT be held responsible for delays by the courier / postal service or for any consequential losses you may suffer if the delivery is not on time for whatever reason. 3. IMPORT DUTY & TAXES

It is your responsibility as the customer to pay all applicable customs fees and taxes for your country. If you refuse to pay these charges then your order may be abandoned and you will lose your goods as well as your money. These taxes are only applicable for non UK and non EU countries.

4. BIDDING

Please only bid if you intend to follow the purchase through. Your bid is a binding contract. Ebay WILL be notified of all non-paying bidders. Payment to be received within 5 working days after the auction ends. 7. PRODUCT GUARANTEES

Products are not supplied on a trial basis. DJ equipment products are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties. Warranty details and length are included with the product, these will be for a minimum of 12 months.

8. RETURNS POLICY

If goods arrive in a damaged condition or are defective you must notify us within 7 days of the date of delivery. The goods may then be returned for an exchange or a refund. If the goods are found not to be defective and in full working order, they will be returned to you and you will then be charged for any administration and return carriage costs. It is essential that your order is returned in the original manufacturers packaging complete with any accessories, manuals or other documentation, returned by the same method it was dispatched and to ensure adequate shipping insurance cover.
