MECKI MARK MEN - Running in the Summer Night (Limelight LS 86068, USA 196?)
This is beautiful acid psych with tons of acid fuzz guitar leads, guitar feedbacks swirly HAMMOND ORGAN, crunchy drums, heavy woody bass, dreamy sleepy stoned sounding vocals, some phased echoey flute licks and just an overall wasted, drugged-out vibe pervades through the whole album. At times, the vocalist sounds like a stoned JIMI HENDRIX singing. Really cool fold-out cover, great condition except for a punch hole top left corner. Very faint slight ringwear on back. Vinyl beautiful looks and plays as new. VERY PSYCHEDELIC ACID, RARE ALBUM. RECOMMENDED!!
