BEAUTIFUL, WEAR-FREE CAPITOL MONO LABELS (please see pictures)
Condition of the record:
Vinyl/Labels: I give it a visual grading of NM- to NM. It plays, however, as a solid NM+ - M- (as you can hear below) Aside from a few inevitable superficial, feather-like "whisps" that are created when a record is stored in a paper sleeve for 47 years, there is one mark over the track "I Saw Her Standing There". It does NOT affect the audio though! I've recorded it below so you can hear for yourself. I've also recorded the first track, I Want To Hold Your Hand, to demonstrate how clean the album starts out and actually is. You really can't beat this original mono sound! Labels are insanely bright and shiny and clean too!
Cover/inner sleeve: Again, this is a sold NM- to NM. There is no writing, no marks, no tears to speak of. Top and bottom seams are very much intact. Original thick cardboard is still as thick and strong as it was back in 1964. This was taken well care of all these years by one owner. Original blue Capitol inner sleeve a solid NM as well.
Audio transfer is as follows:
Ion TTUSB05XL turntable > EZ Vinyl Converter (48K) > iTunes (128k mp3)
Aside from the necessary mp3 conversion, the audio has not been altered in any way from its raw state.
