Description

A 33 1/3 RPM stereo vinyl LP, 'Peace Sells... But Who's Buying' by the US heavy metal band, Megadeth

The album was originally released in 1986 via Capitol Records. This is a 1991 re-issue on the mid-price budget label, Fame. 

This was the 2nd studio album from Megadeth. Recorded at Music Grinder, Los Angeles (with additional recording at other LA studios) during February-March, 1986 and released in September of the same year

All songs were written by Dave Mustaine, except for "I Ain't Superstitious", written by Willie Dixon. ('Bad Omen' and 'Black Friday' were 'inspired by Dijon Carruthers')

Musicians:- Dave Mustaine, vocals, guitars; Chris Poland, lead and rhythm guitars; David Ellefson, bass and backing vocals; Gar Samuelson, drums. Additional vocals by Mike Anderson, Paul Sudin, Casey McMackin and Randy Burns

Produced by Dave Mustaine and Randy Burns, engineered by Casey McKackin and Randy Burns, mixed by Paul Lani

The cover concept was by Dave Mustaine and Andy Somers and features an illustration by Edward J. Repka on the front and individual, colour photos of the band on the back together with a full track listing.  

Printed inner sleeve with musician credits, 'thank yous' etc., on one side and full lyrics on the other 

The 'Capitol' logo is printed on the rear sleeve (see photo)

Condition

The vinyl  looks VG. 

There are some faint scratches, with just some faint pops on playback . 

The sleeve is VG+, with very slight edge wear. 

The inner sleeve is in excellent condition
