Description
You're looking at a very nice copy of the very rare 1964 R&B/beat single 'THE SEVENTH SON' b/w 'LET'S MAKE IT PRETTY BABY' by THE SOUL AGENTS. It is a 1st pressing on the solid-center PYE label, cat #7N.15707. There are no marks, clicks, pops, scratches on the vinyl, and just a few light spindel-marks on the labels. I think a grading of MINT- (just a shade off pristine) is fair. Please study the scans.
The A-side is a superb R&B classic, penned by the great WILLIE DIXON and delivered with great style by the SOUL AGENTS. The B-side comes courtesy of JOHN LEE HOOKER and is a rather beatier/rockier number. The sound quality is, of course, superb.
Please note: the white 'flecks' you may see in the pix are due to reflections during the scanning process and are not present in the reality. Same applies to the blue line which my scanner seems to always produce.
