Description
MEGA-RARE ORIGINAL UK 45 - The Herd "So Much In Love"/"This Boy's Always Been True"(Parlophone R 5413) Red/White DEMO COPY. Recorded in 1966, this was the second of three singles recorded for the Parlophone label by Mr Frampton's group, prior to joining the Fontana label (and greater glory!!). The song itself is a Jagger/Richards song, also recorded by The Mighty Avengers, I believe, but given quite an aggressive treatment here. The vinyl has surface marks, and plays with some background"crackle" at times, but the overall enjoyment of the record is not spoilt. The "A" label has some marks near the "Parlophone" name, and there are other handling marks(see scan), plus a date-release stamp - ("8 FEB 1966"). "The "B" label is clear of any writing/marks.
