I don't actually expect this Buy it Now Price. I just want offers for this. 
This has never been played. The front of the sleeve is autographed by Buzz, Dale, Jared, and Cody of the Melvins, as well as Adam Jones from TOOL who also appears on the EP, and also Toshi Kasai, who produced it. This is limited to 666 copies on Amphetamine Reptile and was purchased at the release show at Grumpy's. 
I must note that Adam Jones' signature is addressed to me personally as Derrick as seen in this picture.
