Description

METAL URBAIN - L'AGE D'OR Double Vinyl. First pressing from 1985. RARE
This is the original 1985 pressing of 'L'Age D'or' double vinyl compilation from the cult French punk band Metal Urbain.
Short-lived but influential band of the late seventies, one of the first to combine the drum machine with electric guitars and synthesizers. Also the first act to release a record on the Rough Trade label, and one of the few French bands to record with John Peel.
The sleeve is in Excellent condition with just light shelf wear. Inners are generic white paper.
Both vinyls are in Excellent condition with just one or two very light superficial surface marks.
I've owned this record from new as I was a big fan of Metal Urbain/ Metal Boys/ Dr Mix & The Remix but have to say this album has been played only a few times since purchase.
