Track A4 misspelled as "Sanatorium", track B4 as "The That Is That Should Not Be" and track C3 as "Four Horsemen" on back sleeve.
Sleeve states "Evil - Records Ltd. London W 5, 36 Chesterfield Road Made in United Kingdom" but this actually came from an German source - released in 1987
