It is signed by Lars, James, Kirk and Jason Newsted.

Here's the story on this item.  It was from a rock radio station auction in 1998.  It was obtained from Elektra Records.  The only receipt I have is the delivery receipt from Fed Ex that delivered to my radio station. They shipped in a large box with other items.
