Record is in VG++ condition : some very light surface scuffs/hairlines, beautiful gloss, pristine labels.
Cover is in VG+/++ condition : light/ moderate edge wear, moderate corner wear, minor ring wear. A few light creases at spine. All seams/ edges are solid, no splits. Saw cut at bottom left. Overall very solid. looks great.
Inner sleeve : light wrinkling, seams are split.
