rare 1989 edition "the album AND JUSTICE FOR ALL era" for the European Market

shinny record with paper scuffs / small cut in upper right backcover

ATTENTION:
During the pandemic, oversea shipments can take up to 10 weeks, mostly to Australia / Canada / USA / South America / some Asian countries ... (in latest my experience).
Their are less airplanes, post + customs employees and of course a lot of online shopping all around the world.  I just want to know you before bidding / winning this auction.
