IF BIDDING FROM OUTSIDE THE UK THEN PLEASE NOTE THAT I USE EBAY'S GSP FOR POSTING. THESE COSTS CAN BE HIGH. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO PAY THESE PRICES THEN PLEASE DO NOT BID. However I am willing to listen to requests to post outside of Ebay through signed-for and tracked. I would recommend using Ebay though as they cover taxes, customs lost items etc. Europe postings will cost £15 for a single item if I send them.
Unfortunately I need to cash in on some of my record collection to help fund my retirement so..........................
For auction here is a UK 7" copy of the Metallica single 'The Unforgiven' coupled with 'Killing Time' It was issued on the Vertigo label as a stock issue METAL 8. However this is the much rarer promo copy METDJ 8. Apart from the different catalogue number promo sleeves came with an added pasted-on promo sticker. I think some also came with round decals one of which is featured here. I have seen different ones. Matrix run-outs are METDJ 8 A-1J-1-1 and METDJ 8 B-1J-1-1
The cover is VG+, it is intact with no extra stickers and no writing with no tears either. It does have a few slight creases and a slight bend to it at the bottom.
The vinyl is VG to VG+ depending on how you rate a slight warp. The bend in the cover probably ties in with the slight bend on the record to be honest, I have played both sides of the record and they are absolutely fine. There are no marks on the playing grooves of note and it would have rated an 'excellent' without the slight warp. I have pictured the warp to show how gentle it is. I suppose it is possible to actually flatten it somehow, I'm not sure.
The labels are fine with no writing and no stickers. I can see a couple of spindle marks either side.

I am willing to post multiple items abroad which will be tracked and signed-for. Payments for this method go direct through Paypal as Ebay's GSP does not cater for multiple item sales unfortunately.
I try to adhere as closely as possible to the Record Collector Magazine grading system which is shown below as a guide. I do ad + and - to gradings for intermediate conditions. Any record described as 'Mint' will mean 'Unplayed'.
RECORD COLLECTORS GRADING SYSTEM
Mint (M) The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet. booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records marked as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint. Excellent (EX) The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. Very Good (VG) The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects is acceptable Good (G) Te record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc Fair (F) The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced. Poor (P) The record will not play properly due to scratched, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing Bad (B) The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-fillerprice rating
