THE METHOD-45-ACETATE-“Time After Time” b/w “Free As The Wind”-Fine Records Acetate-NO Number-Realy Killerkool 1966 UPSTATE (Rochester) New York Garage-Punk...A side is a total Young Rascals garage-ballad with Farfisa organ dominating the mix-singer tries to sound like Eddie from the Young Rascals-great, inept and senseless lead guitar break as well...B side is a Cool Punker-the REAL THING!-Farfisa organ/Guitar dominated-driven punker...great snotty and gutteral lead vocals-like a meaner Mouse of Mouse & The Traps- “Public Execution” style---Extended end with the “Like A Rolling Stone” / “Public Execution” organ solo with chop-guitar rhythm...as this is an acetate-(only one or 2 made) the end was not faded-note on the label some technical instructions in preparation of the official release (See photo below). Very rare one-of-a-kind Killerkool record... Condition: Record is hard to grade; how do you grade an acetate? In nice shape overall, but you know how it is with acetates-some slight surface scuffs, paper scuffs, slight wear, a couple of very slight and small surface scratches...some background noise due to the nature of an acetate...plays fine otherwise...actually really decent...
