MFSL- The Alan Parsons Project -" Tales Of Mystery And Imagination "  A musical interpretation of the book by  EDGAR ALLAN POE  ,  this fine recording was extensive used as a demo disc when purchasing a decent HiFi System as it has some of the finest musical scores in its day , particualy "The Fall Of The House Of Usher" It really is a fantastic track and this is a tuely awesome recording .  I grew up listening to this classic and well Loved album . After all these years this album , and  in the 21st century,  I still  find it a refreshing breath of fresh air from a less demanding past to the complex and  troubled world we now find ourselves in.


Well recorded with excellent  music and lyrics the album  allows you to remember a bygone era when all we had to worry about was how we were going to spend an evening with friends , the fine wine we were drinking, and what music we wanted to listen to. Good company, Fine wine , and excellent food all mix well with this beautiful Album.  This New  FACTORY  SEALED  LIMITED  EDITION  #  2527 (  a  low number for this now Very Rare albums making it even more collectible ) is ,  Long , Long  Gone and was pressed by MFSL with utmost care, using the original studio master tapes on 200gram Super Virgin vinyl at  HALFSPEED transfer to get every last note, every breath into the pressing  and it is a real gem..... Awesome pin point  imaging, ultra quiet backgrounds, depth and body make this a must have for any serious collector...
