factory sealed
Mobile Fidelity pressing
of the self titled
Eric Clapton
album
(MFSL 1-220 )
This is one of the albums that Mobile Fidelity put out on 200 gram vinyl, almost the same weight as the UHQR series. Only 5000 copies were made of the UHQR titles, and probably about the same amount were made of this album. JVC had minimum pressing runs that they would do, but with the Anadisc series they could press as many, or as few as they wanted. This one has a serial number of 1691. It is a beautiful copy with no splits or tears in the gatefold jacket. The plastic bag is completely intact with no holes. It has been packed away in a box for all these years, and all corners are nice and sharp.
