It was one of the very early MoFi releases, and the sound is great.

The songs include:

We've Got Time, Party Music, Just Too Many People, Stevie's Wonder, This Lady's Not Home Today, Love Havin' You Around, Midnight Blue, It's Gonna Be Alright, I Got Eyes, I Don't Want To Hear It Anymore.

The jacket is in great condition with no splits, bends, cuts or promo holes. The outer plastic bag is completely intact with no rips or tears. The original "Super High Fidelity" sticker is in the upper left corner and two other hype stickers in the upper right corner, one says "Audiophile" and the other one says "A Brand New Experience". Amazing condition for it's age.
