Description

This is the MICHAEL J. OLSEN & DAN HART Living Room LP PRIVATE MN FOLK PSYCH SSW record, good acoustic hippie folk with songs about the prairie, nature, Indians (all original songs).  Excellent 70s laid back Folk/Rock vibe similar to bands of the time like the Eagles.  Includes lots of acoustic & 12 string guitar.   Vinyl is VG with some light to moderate surface scratches  and cover has some light creasing towards middle, otherwise nice!!   Rare record!!
