All records are graded to the Record Collector Guidelines, with extra information added as required when play tested. Also all photos above are of the exact record you will receive if successful.
This record is in excellent condition. The labels have just a few light spindle marks visible and no scuffs, pen marks or any other serious issues. There is no fading and overall they are in great shape.
As for the vinyl itself, both sides are beautifully clean and have little visible in normal light. There is however a small blemish in track 1 on side 2(the musical impact of this will be described below). Other than this small blemish the record is really clean and has just the very occasional light hairline visible in normal light. There are a few more incredibly light wispy lines visible when viewed under very bright white light, but nothing remotely serious. It has no nasty scuffs and has a beautiful vivid shine.
I play tested the record and it plays really well. It lays flat with only very slight upward movement in the record arm noticeable on side 1. This is really minor and has no affect on the sound produced which is superb. Its crisp, dynamic and has virtually no interference or surface noise with just the slightest trace possible audible between some songs. The blemish on side 2 mentioned above has next to no affect(with maybe the faintest possible noise possible, but to be honest I couldn't hear anything) and there are of course no skips, jumps, annoying clicks or any other serious issues. It was a thoroughly enjoyable play test and an audio experience of great quality.
The iconic gatefold sleeve is in excellent+ condition. It has only very slight wear to the edges and corners, and there are no splits or weak areas anywhere. All the text along the spine is clearly legible and there are no tears, scuffs or pen marks anywhere. There is however a hint of a ring mark on the back and also some very slight age related discolouring in places. Overall the sleeve is strong, bright and in great shape however with no serious issues at all.
It contains its original lyrics inner which is in excellent+ condition with no splits, tears or serious issues and just very slight creasing.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, within 24hrs of payment to ensure swift delivery.
